Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics and ROI to executive leadership.
Own brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels, materials, and customer touchpoints — maintaining a high standard of visual quality and creative execution.
Create compelling messaging, positioning, and collateral for new product and service launches.
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media presence.
Use data and analytics to continuously improve search performance, digital reach, and campaign conversion.
Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing and sales are aligned for maximum impact.
Plan, coordinate, and attend key trade shows, industry events, and partner visits — representing the TSI Touch brand with professionalism and purpose.
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent working experience.
Proven experience in marketing leadership, product/go-to-market strategies, and product management.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer values.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM tools, analytics, campaign management, and AI tools.
Excellent communication skills along with the desire to provide the highest level of support to end-users and customers.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for industry events, customer and partner visits.
Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently as needed.
Experience with CRM Software, marketing automation platforms, Microsoft 365 applications.
