About this role
Role Overview
Take ownership of proactive lead generation and pipeline development in Switzerland and Germany
Identify relevant stakeholders in target companies and initiate contact
Coordinate initial meetings with our sales team
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and our partners
Build and maintain your own lead pipeline through structured outbound activities (email, phone, LinkedIn, video)
Research and reach out to technical decision-makers (e.g., CISO, IT heads) in enterprise accounts
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule meetings and prepare for sales presentations
Record and maintain all activities and contacts in the CRM (HubSpot)
Represent xorlab at events and webinars
Actively contribute to and continuously improve our BDR processes and tools, playbooks and best practices
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR/Inside Sales) within the B2B software, IT or cybersecurity sector
Proven success in lead generation and securing meetings with enterprise customers
Familiar with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and modern sales tools
Strong interest in IT security and a basic technical understanding
Excellent communication skills across all channels – written, phone and face-to-face
Self-organized, structured working style with a pronounced hunter mentality
Fluent in German (spoken and written); business-fluent in English
