Provide comprehensive legal support to companies of the Körber Business Area Supply Chain on all business and contract law issues
Reviewing, revising, drafting and negotiating all contracts relating to the operational business
Supporting companies in mechanical and plant engineering to digital, IT and software firms
Legal and organizational management of commercial law matters both domestically and internationally
Supporting the different businesses of the Körber Pharma Business Units establishing successful collaboration with business partners worldwide with a strategic focus on the EMEA region
Working in close collaboration with the VP Legal of the Business Area Supply Chain and collaborating with Group Legal, Insurance & Regulatory Affairs for legal and regulatory matters

Outstanding legal expertise, demonstrated by excellent exams
At least five years of professional experience in a commercial law firm or an internationally oriented company with a focus on commercial law, ideally in the industry of supply chain, intralogistics, machine manufacturing
Experience in negotiating agreements with multinationals and customers in general
Basic understanding of the key tax, finance, compliance, export control, insurance and protection of personal data implication of an agreement
Ability to conduct complex negotiations
Business-fluent English skills
Goal orientation, ability to work in a team, and negotiation skills
A communicative personality with a confident demeanour
