Responsible for developing projects for the acquisition of new developments/business opportunities, from massing studies to support initial negotiations through the investment committee, ensuring compliance with regulations and aiming to deliver the best technical solution, producing a quality product within established deadlines.
Massing studies: develop massing studies with estimated unit counts based on site analysis to identify risks, parameters and potential site density, supporting land negotiations for the land acquisition/prospecting team.
Preliminary design: develop feasibility studies (preliminary designs) for land acquisition together with the asset manager, based on legal requirements, ensuring maximum site density and the best technical solution.
Technical feasibility: perform technical reviews of designs with suppliers (building services/installation designers), ensuring the technical viability of the project.
Construction logistics: define modularization and construction phasing with validation from the logistics team, ensuring execution in accordance with company guidelines.
Executive design: develop, design and coordinate implantation plans and tower designs as the architectural discipline through to construction release.
Post-construction: respond to questions and provide clarifications and details after project completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed) in Architecture and Urbanism
AutoCAD: advanced level
Revit / Civil 3D / 3D tools: beginner level
Microsoft Office: intermediate to advanced knowledge (adjust as needed)
