Role Overview
- Perform outbound and inbound customer service to negotiate overdue contracts;
- Record customer interactions and agreements in the collections systems;
- Issue boletos (payment slips) for agreement payments;
- Participate in scheduled work meetings with internal and external clients;
- Prepare performance monitoring reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Basic computer skills;
- Previous customer service experience is desirable;
- Clear verbal communication;
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently;
- Comfortable working with targets/goals;
- Ability to handle stressful situations;
- Typing proficiency.
