Cultivate client relationships and be the voice of Gainwell as a trusted advisor and thought leader
Manage the operations of your account, including SLAs, security remediation, outage management, resource oversight, staffing, project health, implementations, and quality assurance
Understand the data and own the outcomes for your client
Develop a client-centered innovation agenda to proactively engage with clients on their business needs and goals
Harness Gainwell's innovative spirit to meet and exceed contractual commitments
Guide and mentor the delivery and operations team for your account
Manage the financial quality of the account
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration/Management, Finance, or a clinical specialty, with preference for a Master’s degree
10-12 years’ experience in account leadership roles such as sales, delivery or business management
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience managing a large-scale government or private sector healthcare contract valued at twenty (20) million dollars or more
Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations/standards, as well as cost reporting, profit and loss, and budget compliance
