Role Overview
- Continue to build your own book of business by selling North’s state-of-the-art SaaS platform and payment solutions
- Directly manage and motivate a team of Field Sales Professionals
- Conduct regular 1:1s, ride-alongs, and team training sessions
- Monitor team activity and pipeline health
- Assist in the interview and onboarding process
- Put together your ultimate playlist of local businesses and guide them through the entire sales cycle
- Forge partnerships with local POS dealers and web designers
- Perform demos and team up with colleagues for results
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a high-volume, full-cycle sales role
- Experience in SaaS, Software, or Payment Processing
- Strong desire to step into a leadership role
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience using CRM
- Cold-calling and local canvassing experience is a significant plus
- Valid driver’s license
