About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B partners and key accounts
Identify and develop new partnership and business opportunities
Drive outbound outreach to potential distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing partnerships
Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, marketing, and support teams
Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner experience
Track account performance, sales trends, and partner needs
Prepare business reviews, sales updates, and partnership plans
Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong long-term relationships
Support expansion into new markets and channels
Requirements
Experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development roles
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience driving outbound business development or partner acquisition
Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working in fast-growing and dynamic environments
Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication
Experience working with physical products or hardware devices is a strong advantage
Experience working with distributors, retail partners, or international accounts (nice to have)
