Digital Project Manager – HR-Payroll

Role Overview

• You lead engaging business software projects in HR Payroll and take responsibility for smooth implementation
• You advise and guide clients through all project phases, ensuring solution-focused collaboration
• You handle requirements management, analyze existing workflows and develop efficient processes
• You conduct practical training sessions and facilitate workshops to co-create appropriate, sustainable solutions with clients
• You act as the interface between developers and clients, ensuring smooth information flow throughout the project
• You contribute to testing and customer support, ensuring the solutions perform effectively in daily use

Requirements

• Completed further education or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or HR Payroll (e.g., Swiss Federal Diploma in HR or Social Insurance)
• Solid professional experience and strong expertise in HR Payroll and social insurance
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies, project management and business analysis
