Provide comprehensive HR generalist support across the organization, including employee relations, policy development, and compliance
Develop and manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Aidin works with external recruiters and you would manage those relationships
Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company culture
Design and execute our annual performance review process, including goal setting, feedback collection, and performance calibration
Coach and advise managers on HR best practices, performance management, employee development, and other people-related matters
Implement and manage HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, championing Aidin's values and commitment to diversity
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives
Stay up-to-date on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, or People Operations
Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative, fully remote startup environment
Excellent written and in person communication skills
Experience with HR management software tool, Rippling is a plus, but not required
Extra credit for experience in growth-stage businesses like Aidin
