Role Overview
- You take responsibility for marketing, conceive new projects, prioritize initiatives and scale them.
- Expand creator marketing (selection, briefings, production, scaling).
- Scale performance marketing in collaboration with our Performance Marketing Manager.
- Build out content marketing on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
- Develop marketplaces (Amazon) and new channels (pharmacies, drugstores).
- Build new channels and devise creative growth hacks.
- Drive cross-selling between 12minutes and ouchie.
Requirements
- Experience in growth marketing or DTC/e-commerce: you have scaled a brand or a funnel before.
- You think in CAC, LTV, ROAS — these are part of your daily business, not unfamiliar concepts.
- You get things done yourself instead of delegating them.
- You want more than execution: you want to help shape and build, are hungry, ambitious and bring creative ideas.
- Very good German, good English.
