Communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's HCM applications to customers
Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars
Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training
Contribute to the qualification of opportunities and sales cycle closure plans
Support all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives
Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to understand pain points and ideal future state
Provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through product demonstrations
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Requirements
3+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise
3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management applications (e.g. Infor, Greenhouse, iCims, SAP, Oracle, UKG and Ceridian etc.)
1+ years in a presales, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role
3+ years working with talent optimization, core talent, learning, recruiting, candidate engagement, and compensation
Experience in Human Resources within Manufacturing, Utilities & Transportation preferred.
Outstanding and dynamic presentation & communication skills
Experience with value based selling
Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, talking to and selling to the office of the CHRO specifically.
