- Professionally handle escalated customer situations when necessary
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with minimal/neutral accent
- Strong customer service background
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and email platforms
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Claims processing or dispute resolution experience is highly preferred
- Debt collection experience is a plus
- Comfortable working within a highly collaborative virtual office environment
- Comfortable remaining on Zoom throughout the workday
