As part of the team, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting our apprentices and dual-study students.
By screening and evaluating incoming applications and organizing and participating in selection procedures, you'll be directly involved and gain comprehensive insights into applicant management.
You will support day-to-day operations by organizing various events and training measures, as well as assisting with assignment planning.
Maintaining and updating apprenticeship-specific overviews and key figures is part of your responsibilities, as well as preparing presentations.
You will help advance the conception and implementation of various strategic projects related to apprenticeships and dual-study programs.
Requirements
You are studying (business) psychology, economics, or a comparable field.
You have already had initial contact with this field during your studies or another activity and now want to deepen your knowledge through an internship.
With your interest in topics related to emerging talent and your enjoyment in working with this target group, you are eager to support the team with your strong communication skills.
With your organizational talent and willingness to take on tasks independently, you help drive projects forward and contribute creative solutions.
