Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of targeted sourcing experience in technical recruitment
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite and web-based ATS platforms
- Demonstrable understanding of the Intelligence Community market and technical roles
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
