Role Overview
- Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Liaise with customers across various revenue streams to send invoices and follow-ups.
- Responsible for an account with expertise in Accounts Receivable, accruals & recons.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure appropriate revenue recognition, accrual, and amortization of expenses.
- Perform account analysis and complex reconciliations.
- Independently identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Support variance analysis and ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
- Active involvement in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process.
- Drive process improvement and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements
- 4+ years of general accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
- Experience with Accounts Receivable processes is a PLUS
- CPA designation is a PLUS
- Experience with NetSuite is a PLUS
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
