Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, building trust and proactive relationships with client teams

Partner closely with the dedicated studio PM to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations
Manage high-volume social media content workflows across two fast-moving accounts simultaneously
Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Account Director and studio team to deliver against client goals
Maintain clear, proactive communication across internal teams and client stakeholders
Support the senior account team on budget tracking and financial oversight
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry, this is a firm requirement
Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns — especially within a regulated or compliance-driven environment; this remains a priority skill for this role
Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive environment while actively working to build more proactive client engagement
Strong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams
Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and across Slack and Microsoft Teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams without losing clarity
Willingness to travel up to 20% for client collaboration
