Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and system requirements for Chorus BPM and Blue Prism RPA applications in collaboration with business users, product/process owners and developers
Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, design discussions and solution validations with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support change impact analysis and ensure alignment with business objectives and operational processes
Work closely with developers throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
Support testing activities by reviewing test scenarios, validating outcomes and coordinating defect resolution
Contribute to solution design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability and operational readiness
Act as a senior point of contact for production issues, analysing incidents and identifying root causes in collaboration with technical teams
Maintain and improve support documentation, system knowledge and operating procedures
Own and manage the reporting solution within the Chorus BPM application, including maintenance and development of reporting portals used by operational teams
Design, prepare and deliver operational and management reports based on agreed requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency and usability
Requirements
Strong business and systems analysis experience in a BPM/RPA application or process‑driven environment
Experience with BPMN / process modelling and translating processes into system requirements
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Working knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and research skills to support process discovery, optimisation and decision‑making
Ability to work confidently with both business stakeholders and technical teams
Ability to communicate in English in a clear and effective way, both verbally and in writing (min B2 level)
