NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, and they are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their Risk Technology team. The role involves leading Agile projects, documenting business requirements, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery while mentoring teams in Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- BA / PM on the Risk Technology project, with responsibility to lead by example
- Understand and document business requirements using Agile methodology, and translate into JIRA work items
- Implement requirements traceability for Management, Audit, and other stakeholders
- Understand the Agile framework for Risk Technology projects, ensure adoption and consistent implementation of Policies and Procedures
- Prioritize work by setting and meeting realistic deadlines, forecasting, and communicating changes resulting from risks and issues
- Ensure a high level of fiscal control and accountability for project budget and resources
- Continuously improve Agile processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaboration and Communication
- Team player with ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team across multiple time zones
- Work closely with team members, and end-users to educate on the Agile practices and benefits of Agile Methodology
- Generate appropriate reports/dashboards that provide insight into the Plan, Scope, Project Status, Team Productivity, Data Exceptions, etc
- Maintain documentation and create reusable templates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in Risk Technology initiatives using Agile methodology
- 5+ years of experience working in Capital Markets or Fixed income or Commercial Lending
- Experience as a BA/PM working on Agile projects utilizing Cloud technologies (Preferably Azure)
- Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data validation techniques
- Expertise using tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Visio/Gliffy, SharePoint, Office365, etc
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of various software development life cycles (SDLC)
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel and SQL required
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones
- Basic Python proficiency and ability to read Python code desired
- Knowledge of capital markets products (Derivatives and SFTs) and counterparty credit risk measures (Net CE, MPE, EE, CVA)
