2 years of recruitment experience, including permanent placements, OR at least one year of successful recruitment at MSG
High School Diploma or GED certificate required
Proven track record of career success and/or longevity in roles
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to meet or exceed placement goals
Ability to negotiate and problem-solve collaboratively
Ability to organize workload, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency and efficiency
Willingness to learn, accept coaching/feedback, and practice the effort/activity required to succeed
Ability to use MS Office software applications and the Internet proficiently
Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools
Demonstrated success in sourcing including LinkedIn and Indeed
Speak and write professionally and follow oral or written instructions
Excellent rapport/relationship-building skills with candidates, teammates and hiring managers
