Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within a SaaS environment
Demonstrated expertise in Agility core practices and Business process improvement methodologies
Strong proficiency in Contract Management and negotiation
Exceptional ability to apply Customer centric thinking to sales strategies and customer interactions
Experience with Customer enquiries resolution, Customer Experience Metrics, Customer Segmentation, and Customer Service Design
A track record of successfully delivering an effortless customer experience
High level of Digital Fluency in applying sales enablement tools and CRM systems
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt to dynamic market conditions
Deep understanding of market dynamics, operational pricing strategies, and sector-specific challenges
Excellent Collaborator Management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of an organization.
