Actively gather intelligence to maintain an understanding of the market, customers, and competitive landscape
Develop and maintain KOL, visit customers regularly to maintain customer relationship and gain insights from customers
Product portfolio management, including current product positioning, future product planning and demand proposal
Product cycle management, execute new product launch following NPL excellence
Participate in the project initiation and development process of new products, including evaluating market, creating business case, providing customer needs and customer feedback support
Develop and execute promotional plan and campaign to support sales growth and sales target achievement
Work closely with Marcom to drive marketing programs to generate new sales leads and ensure the brand is promoted through multiple channels
Develop and manage sales tools, collateral materials, scientific publications, trade exhibits, and web content etc.
Provide regular product marketing training to the sales teams and business partners
Provide product related support in daily work of sales
Keep connection with Danaher Life science platform and Beckman global to ensure information exchange and mutual collaboration
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management
Strong understanding of market analysis and product lifecycle management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in life sciences or biotechnology preferred
