Role Overview
- Drive the evolution of modular cooling solutions
- Lead the transition from traditional site-built cooling to high-efficiency modular cooling skids and liquid cooling interfaces
- Design and productize modular AHUs, Chiller plants, and CDUs
- Anticipate the industry’s shift toward liquid cooling and hybrid architectures
- Coordinate technical requirements between major end-users and equipment vendors
- Ensure that modular products are designed with field-delivery in mind
Requirements
- ~10 years in HVAC design/product planning with specific expertise in modular cooling systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of data center thermal management, including PUE optimization and high-density liquid cooling
- Acute awareness of global industry standards (OCP, ASHRAE) and regional regulatory requirements in different places
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional technical teams
