Role Overview
- Map and prospect new medium and large real estate developers
- Present Loft's new resale-and-registration business model as an operational efficiency solution for partners
- Manage the B2B sales funnel from initial contact through to signing the partnership agreement
- Act as the focal point between the developer and Loft's operations team
Requirements
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Hands-on approach
- Hunter sales profile (proactive new-business hunter)
- Proven experience in client relationship management
- Previous experience in mortgage/real estate financing or B2B sales
- Strong commercial background, particularly in consultative sales
- Willingness to work locally in the Central-West region market, including in-person visits and regional travel
