IT Specialist — System Integration

Role Overview

• Installation and configuration of client and server systems
• Processing change requests and incident reports from our customers
• Analysis and resolution of hardware and software error messages
• Point of contact for IT-related topics to ensure the continuity of day-to-day operations
• Support in planning, expanding, and optimizing IT infrastructure and IT processes

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience preferred but not required
• Good communication skills
• Experience administering Microsoft products
• Knowledge of network infrastructure such as WLAN, VLAN, routers, firewalls, and printers
• Knowledge of backup strategies — desirable
• Experience with Windows client management
• Pragmatic and analytical mindset and confident handling of PC hardware support
• Linux server knowledge would be an advantage (not mandatory)
