Role Overview
- Welcome and assist professional customers (trade/B2B) in-store
- Propose services tailored to professional customers' needs
- Manage sales and prepare quotes
- Provide after-sales support
- Actively participate in the loyalty program
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to implementing action plans
- Support and promote the professional customer strategy
- Ensure a high-quality self-service offering
- Contribute to enhancing the product and service offering
Requirements
- Knowledge of and interest in the professional/trade market
- Proven experience working with professional customers
- Commercial acumen and a strong interest in retail
- A passion for serving customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Rigour and organisational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
