Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

Role Overview

• You advise employees of our clients on topics such as financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and personal finance
• Act as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries independently – from consultation to implementation
• Explain complex topics clearly and tailored to the target audience
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our services and processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service
• Enjoy working with people and providing advisory support
• Work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
• Very good German language skills
• Confident using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels
