About this role
Role Overview
You advise employees of our clients on topics such as financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and personal finance
Act as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) and ensure an excellent customer experience
Handle customer inquiries independently – from consultation to implementation
Explain complex topics clearly and tailored to the target audience
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our services and processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service
Enjoy working with people and providing advisory support
Work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
Very good German language skills
Confident using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels
