Role Overview
- Oversee end-to-end coordination of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
- Maintain data integrity in people systems and act as a contact for employee queries.
- Own frontline operational delivery for global processes.
- Identify system friction points and implement automation solutions.
- Drive continuous improvements within Workday, JSM and related workflows.
- Upgrade internal knowledge bases and documentation for accurate support and advice.
Requirements
- Background in human resources or people operations ideally in a global technology company.
- Understanding of Jira Service Management and Workday (or similar systems).
- Experience improving manual processes with AI efficiencies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high data accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills to assist employees with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborative mindset to contribute to a team-first environment.
