About this role
Role Overview
Oversee end-to-end coordination of the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain data integrity within people systems and act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries.
Empower regional teams to focus on strategic initiatives by executing foundational administrative operations with care and precision.
Own frontline operational delivery for global processes across the full employee lifecycle.
Identify system friction points and drive automation and AI process improvements.
Requirements
Background in human resources or people operations ideally in a global technology company.
Understanding of Jira Service Management and Workday (or similar systems) and implementing system/process improvements.
Experience improving manual processes and integrating AI efficiencies into workflows.
Exceptional attention to detail ensuring high data accuracy.
Outstanding communication skills to assist employees with empathy and professionalism.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Collaborative mindset actively contributing to a team-first environment.
