Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to own the end-to-end recruiting process
sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding top talent across Engineering, Machine Learning/AI, Product, and Design.
Mindset: An owner-operator approach, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with both technical hiring managers and candidates at all levels of seniority.
Bonus Points: Experience hiring for deep tech products (not pure SaaS or AI wrappers).
