Own and drive end-to-end recruiting: job postings, candidate management, interviews, and active sourcing across functions
Coordinate external recruiters and staffing partners where needed
Manage and continuously improve our onboarding process so new team members hit the ground running
Organise and track regular employee check-ins and performance conversations
Support the planning and delivery of workshops, training, and coaching initiatives
Help design and evaluate internal surveys to keep a pulse on team health
Handle day-to-day HR admin: contract management, HR data maintenance, and preparation for payroll
Be the go-to contact for employees on operational HR questions
Support the UK Managing Director with organisational and administrative tasks — from scheduling and coordination to keeping things running smoothly in a lean team
Drive employer branding initiatives that make us a recognisable name in the UK talent market
Build connections with universities and organise campus-facing activities to grow our talent pipeline
Requirements
A degree or vocational qualification in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
Solid hands-on experience in recruiting and HR operations, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment
Confidence with MS Office; experience with HR tools like Personio or applicant tracking systems (e.g. join.com) is a plus
Strong communication and organisational skills — you stay structured even when things are moving fast
Discretion with sensitive data and a genuine service mindset towards employees and candidates
Enthusiasm for employer branding, university marketing, and building a culture people want to be part of
