Provide nutrition recommendations and support to customers during and after product sales
Consult directly with dairy farmers and their employees to stay ahead of technology and business practices
Set performance goals that align with territory and dairy leadership team objectives
Improve product performance by providing in-depth nutrition advice and training to customers and prospects
Prospect new dairies, build your network and seek business opportunities for territory growth
Collaborate with market development on activities including development and delivery of product demonstrations, sales offers and presentations through channel partners and distributors
Participate in team and leadership meetings with any combination of dairy producers, mills, and Cargill teammates
Support Cargill team members through mentorship and training opportunities
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience in sales or business development
Dairy, feed, animal nutrition and health industry experience
Able and willing to travel up to 50% to visit dairy farms daily
Valid driver’s license in good standing
