Role Overview
- Welcome and assist professional (PRO) customers directly in store
- Build and maintain a privileged, long-term relationship with PRO customers
- Recommend services tailored to PRO customer needs
- Handle sales and prepare quotes
- Provide after-sales service
- Actively support the loyalty program for our PRO customers
- Monitor key indicators and participate in action plans to optimize performance
- Take part in store activities and promote strategies for PRO customers
- Ensure a high-quality self-service area
- Contribute to enhancing the product and service offering
Requirements
- Knowledge of and interest in the professional (PRO) market
- Proven experience working with PRO customers
- Commercial aptitude
- Passion for customer service
- Strong customer focus
- Rigour and organization
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
