Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
Oversee system design discussions, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance.

Establish and improve scalable workflows, prioritization frameworks, and operational excellence practices.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong technical expertise in system architecture, software development, and infrastructure design.
Proven ability to define and execute program plans, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement processes.
Experience mentoring teams and fostering high-performance environments.
