Lead strategic advisory engagements with Federal/SLED clients, serving as a trusted advisor and facilitating discovery, planning, alignment, and transformation discussions.
Oversee client engagement delivery, including timelines, deliverables, risks, budgets, forecasting, staffing needs, communication, and overall engagement health.
Partner across consulting and technical teams to translate complex business, organizational, and technology challenges into actionable plans and successful delivery outcomes.
Support practice growth by identifying client needs, expansion opportunities, service improvements, and ways to scale delivery quality and operational effectiveness.

Requirements
4–8 years of consulting experience
Active Secret Clearance or willingness to obtain one
Must acquire Atlassian certification by passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams and maintain them by achieving additional Atlassian CE Credits
Experience in client-facing consulting roles
Experience leading workstreams, projects, or small engagements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
