Role Overview
- Drive growth in one of Sellpy’s fastest-growing markets
- Analyse market performance and identify opportunities across acquisition, retention and customer experience
- Monitor key commercial KPIs and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Define, brief, and execute local growth initiatives, campaigns and market activations in collaboration with central channel teams and local partners
- Improve seller acquisition, retention and assortment quality through data-driven initiatives
- Support demand-side growth by improving assortment visibility and local customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the buyer and seller experience
- Represent the Polish market and bring local insights into cross-functional discussions and decision-making
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Commercial, Growth or a similar role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs, business performance and commercial decision-making
- Positive energy and motivation to try new approaches and tackle things head-on
- Proven ability to drive projects independently and collaborate across teams
- Experience translating data and insights into business actions
- Fluent Polish, both written and spoken
- Written and spoken fluency in English, as this is our company language
