Handle inbound and outbound calls to nurses and healthcare support workers in order to book them into shifts in the various community settings, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements.
Liaise with healthcare workers to respond to queries and gain availability for current and future shifts.
Upload and update service users shift information onto our system, ensuring this is communicated to new workers.
Develop good relationships with the service users family, providing a supportive and empathetic approach.
Requirements
Delivering customer service via email and inbound and outbound calls
Administration with experience using Microsoft packages
Healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential!
