Requirements
12+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or strategic account management within a complex B2B or technology environment
Proven experience leading enterprise level partner strategies and executive stakeholder engagements
Demonstrated success managing global or multi regional partner ecosystems
Experience influencing cross functional and senior leadership without direct authority
Enterprise level strategic relationship management and ecosystem leadership
Expert business acumen and partner strategy development
Advanced data driven decision making and performance analysis
Executive level communication, influence, and stakeholder management
Strategic use and influence of CRM platforms and Autodesk systems
Strong empathy and collaboration across global teams and cultures
