Role Overview
- Develop content strategy for all Leap Motors social channels;
- Develop influencer strategy;
- Manage the influencer ecosystem, from curation and briefing to results analysis;
- Oversee production and curation of UGC (User Generated Content), defining quality guidelines, formats, voice, and tone;
- Coordinate analyst deliverables, ensuring strategic and creative alignment and timely delivery;
- Map content trends, emerging platforms, and audience behavior in the automotive segment;
- Serve as the main point of contact with the client regarding influencer activities;
- Monitor content productions and event coverage;
- Build and present performance reports for Leap’s social channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years in social media, digital content, or communications;
- Proven experience managing influencers and UGC campaigns;
- Portfolio with case studies for lifestyle, mobility, or premium consumer brands;
- Intermediate or advanced English;
- Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian corporate tax ID) and be available to work on a freelance project for up to 2 months;
