Own and develop relationships with large end-user accounts, including public sector and strategic customers
Analyze account performance data and provide insights for continual improvement
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for key clients
Lead contract renewal negotiations and manage pricing discussions
Stay updated with industry trends and market shifts
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers
Requirements
7-10 years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, account management, or a related field
Proven experience in End User Sales in Algeria
Demonstrated track record of working directly with large accounts and strategic customers in the country
Solid understanding of Algerian market dynamics, procurement practices, and competitive landscape
Experience managing complex opportunities, tenders, and multi-stakeholder deals
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong asset.
