Complete income tax returns across a range of entity types
Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS)
Manage client files within Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
Identify issues, flag anomalies, and proactively communicate with internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate and organised client records in line with firm standards
Contribute to process improvements and bring a solutions-oriented mindset

3–4+ years of experience in a public accounting or advisory firm
Strong working knowledge of Xero (required); XPM and Xero Tax experience highly regarded
Exposure to BGL (SMSF) or MYOB/QuickBooks is a bonus
CPA/CA not essential — we value experience and demonstrated capability over credentials
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Genuinely curious, commercially minded, and not afraid to think outside the box
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Reliable home office setup with strong internet and backup connectivity
