Lead the company’s Growth strategy, focusing on pipeline and revenue generation
Build and optimize the customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion journey
Manage inbound and digital acquisition channels, monitoring performance, CAC, conversion, and ROI
Establish Marketing Ops processes and governance, ensuring data quality, tracking, and automations
Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Ops on funnel construction and revenue predictability
Define goals, KPIs, and performance monitoring routines
Lead experimentation and continuous testing initiatives (growth loops, CRO, campaigns, channels, and segmentations)
Support ABM, inbound marketing, and demand generation strategies
Ensure alignment between positioning, campaigns, channels, and commercial objectives
Manage the area’s budget and prioritize initiatives

Knowledge of AI tools
Strong ability to interpret metrics, combine data, and generate hypotheses (Analytics)
Advanced knowledge of paid traffic (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO
Mastery of CRO (conversion rate optimization) techniques and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics)
Experience in Growth, Demand Generation, or Performance
Proven experience generating pipeline and meeting revenue targets
Knowledge of the sales funnel and commercial operations
Experience with automation tools and data visibility (BI)
