About this role
Role Overview
You'll lead management teams at all levels across large projects and accounts.
You'll work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities.
You'll develop staff across multiple projects and accounts taking responsibility for supporting performance management activities.
You'll take accountability for identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues working with leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
You'll engage in pre-award sales activities, assist with deal shaping, negotiate commercial and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership, including contract drafting support.
You'll be client facing and have a key role in building trusted relationships with client counterparts.
You'll be a leader as well as team player, collaborative and persuasive.
You'll be able to work well with executives and non-executives.
Requirements
Minimum 10 yrs. relevant experience as a contract manager with exposure to complex deals
Proven team management experience
Bachelor's degree required
