Develop and manage strategic customer relationships at all levels (from technical project teams to executive management)
Analyze and prioritize customer-specific requirements
Develop, coordinate and implement targeted sales strategies
Expand existing key accounts with the goal of sustainable revenue growth in the automotive sector
Identify new business opportunities and applications in the automotive industry
Position tailored solutions that provide clear added value for the customer
Monitor and analyze market and competitive developments
Ensure close customer proximity by actively participating in trade fairs, conferences and industry events
Manage and coordinate multiple customer projects in close collaboration with internal interfaces
Plan and organize your own sales activities independently from a home office
Attend regular coordination meetings in Kortrijk (BE) or Bayreuth (DE)
Requirements
Degree in engineering or business administration, or vocational training with relevant further qualifications
Initial professional experience in capital goods sales, project management or business development
Industry knowledge in automation and/or the automotive sector and experience selling technically complex products
Business-fluent Dutch, German and English
High self-motivation and strong customer
and results-orientation
Ability to understand complex systems and quickly identify customer needs
Strong sales aptitude and competence in active market development
Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
High willingness to travel within the sales region (3–4 days/week)
Residence in the Netherlands / West Germany or willingness to relocate accordingly
