About this role
Role Overview
Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to consistently meet internal customer capacity needs within a Key Performance Indicator-driven environment.
Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates across multiple geographic regions to build consultative partnerships and deliver timely hiring results.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining consistent applicant engagement and nurturing candidates through complex processes.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments such as retail, logistics, operations, a recruitment agency or RPO.
Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, with a specific preference for Workday, and high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring practices.
Proven ability in analytical talent assessment, stakeholder management across diverse job profiles, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced culture.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
