About this role
Role Overview
- Deliver recruitment activities for supported population, engaging with People Managers
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with the People Manager and People Lead
- Source the best candidates for vacancies using a range of mediums and channels
- Act as a candidate relationship manager during hiring processes
- Collaborate with BU Talent Acquisition Lead and/or TA Lead to understand and implement processes
Requirements
- 5 –7 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational environments
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office)
- Understanding of the Egyptian labor market, sourcing channels, and employment legislation
