Support full life cycle recruitment and talent pool management to help meet organizational hiring goals.
Manage full life cycle recruitment for early career exempt and non-exempt positions.
Support the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies for assigned business lines or talent areas.
Build and manage talent pools to support workforce planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and external compliance requirements.
Educate and guide business line leaders on the recruitment process, including interview training, market conditions, and inclusive hiring practices.
Analyze and leverage recruitment data to inform leaders and effectively attract talent.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of recruitment experience, including training in human resources interviewing and selection, affirmative action, and Equal Opportunity compliance.
High volume or campus recruitment experience (preferred).
