Role Overview
- Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and interpreting vocational and medical information
- Works collaboratively with claims professionals and other resources
- Engages employers, claimants, healthcare providers and internal resources
- Delivers exceptional service in every interaction
- Completes comprehensive forensic vocational assessments
- Provides coaching of claims professionals to increase vocational knowledge
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field
- Certification required in rehabilitation counseling, disability management, or case management
- 3+ years vocational experience preferred
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
