Analyze, structure and document business and technical requirements across finance, SAP and data processes
Work closely with business units and IT to develop sustainable solution and process concepts
Translate business needs into user stories, business requirements and functional specifications for development teams
Model business processes, data flows and system landscapes and identify optimization potential
Support the further development of finance, master data and SAP processes and accompany transformation and digitization projects from analysis through to go-live

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, Requirements Engineer or in a comparable role
Solid knowledge of finance, SAP or data environments and experience with modern ERP and data platforms
Familiarity with requirements engineering methods and process modeling, and confident use of agile methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong analytical thinking, a structured way of working and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Business-fluent German (at least C1) and very good English skills
