Role Overview
Conduct outbound cold calls to a curated list of senior-level IT and operations contacts.
Engage CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, VPs of IT, and Operations Leaders.
Book qualified discovery meetings directly with the business owner.
Reconfirm all booked meetings the day before scheduled appointments.
Record a concise one-line summary per contact in a shared tracking sheet.
Provide a short weekly recap outlining messaging effectiveness and prospects' insights.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development required.
Proven experience engaging executive-level decision-makers (CTO, CIO, VP, Director level).
Strong phone presence with excellent conversational English skills.
Comfortable handling objections and gatekeepers professionally.
Highly confident, persuasive, and relationship-driven communication style.
Strong organizational and tracking discipline.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in IT consulting, infrastructure services, AEC, or Energy industries is a strong advantage.
